We are interested in leasing our lower barn,
if we can find the right match. An open air 8 stall barn with 2 grooming stalls and new wash rack.
The barn comes with 5 paddocks, two of which are brand new. 4 of the paddocks have large amounts of shade.
Studio apartment is very cute, fully furnished with a full size fridge and stove top. AC units.
